Scheduling Appointments

Please make a reservation in advance for spa services. Our spa concierge will be happy to advise you on the therapies and services that best meet your needs, ensuring that your time in the spa is enjoyable and customized just for you. Please inform the spa concierge if you would prefer a male or female therapist or have any special requirements. Please bring a swimsuit to enjoy the amenities

Considerations

Please assist us in maintaining a tranquil spa environment. We kindly request that you respect other guests by using quiet conversation and refrain from using cell phones or beepers while enjoying the spa. There is no smoking in the spa.

Before your Treatment

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment to check in, complete a brief health form, change, and enjoy the amenities of the ladies’ or gentlemen’s lounge, sauna and hot pool before your treatment.

Gratuity

For your convenience, a gratuity of 15% will be added to each service. In appreciation of outstanding service, additional gratuities may be given at your discretion.

What should I wear during my treatment?

Please disrobe to the level of your comfort in order to enjoy your service. A robe and sandals will be provided in your locker, you are welcome to bring your own swimsuit for your spa experience. Our therapists are fully trained in proper draping procedures to ensure your privacy and comfort.

Canceling an Appointment

Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling an appointment to avoid being charged the full service fee.

Common Areas

All dressing rooms and locker rooms are gender-specific for your comfort and privacy. The hot pool, common reception and co-ed relaxation room are available for everyone’s enjoyment.

Valuables

A locker will be available for your personal items and clothing. Please do not wear jewelry or watches during your treatment. The Spa at 901 is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Health Considerations

Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of personalized service. In order to ensure your comfort and health during a treatment, please inform us while scheduling your appointment if you have any special health considerations such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart conditions, recent surgeries or injuries.

Take-Home Care

Minimum Age

Spa, sauna and hot pool services are available to guests over 16 years of age.

Please call the spa to check availability and cost to use these facilities without services.
